About Lincolns Care
We are an organisation committed in delivering the highest level of care to our Service Users whilst respecting their dignity and diversity. Our primary goal is to support our service users to gain and maintain as much independence in their lives as possible and to maximise their decision making skills. Thus enabling them to take an initiative into managing their own lives.
Our approach is centered around our service user which ensures their welfare, safety and encourages emotional and social wellbeing. Our ongoing philosophy is to provide each service user with a ‘tailor made’ service, designed to their individual needs and requirements. Therefore we encourage a direct involvement of our service user within the decision making process of their own care plan.
This goal can only be achieved by developing positive and meaningful relationships that respect individuality and privacy, whilst promoting self esteem. We entrust our service users by placing authority into their hands or into the hands of those closest to them, thus enabling them to live a more complete lifestyle. The basic premise of our service is that members of staff are qualified and have a responsibility to deliver meaningful care and commitment to our service users.
Our multi-disciplinary teams work within the community and pride themselves on respecting the needs, rights, choices of all individuals and encouraging independence.
