Security and Safety

• Supporting and assisting service users when performing minimal risk tasks, such as cooking.
• Protecting service users from all forms of abuse.
• Ensuring that service users and staff are fully aware of the policies & procedures to make a complaint, or to raise a concern about any aspect of the service users environment.
• Providing an environment where risk is minimised for service users.
• Ensuring that all visitors sign in and out of the building and restricting access to service user’s rooms without prior consent of the service manager. An exception to this is to allow access for maintenance in cases of emergency.
